Hi, I just wanted to let you know that unfortunately this base was stolen by 
He traces copyrighted fan art and turns them into bases without permission. He traced this from a friend of mine and did not credit her, and even blocked us both. I know you didn't mean any harm by this- and your characters are wonderful. I just wanted to spread awareness about this 'base creator' that has been stealing the hard work of others. I'm not sure what to do in this situation, other than comment and kindly ask him to stop stealing art.
